Baseball
The Seattle Mariners have been entertaining baseball fans in the Northwest since they joined the American League in 1977. Football
2006 marks the 31st NFL season for the Seattle Seahawks. They played their first game on September 12, 1976. Thirty years later, they appeared in the Super Bowl for the very first time. Fans have always been a major part of Seahawks football. In fact, so much so,

Figure Skating
Sasha Cohen, ice dancers Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto, as well as Kimmie Meissner and Emily Hughes are among those expected to be competing at the 2007 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships. Volleyball
The Pacific Northwest Qualifier is one of USA Volleyball’s National qualifying tournaments. This annual event runs for 10 days beginning March 23, 2007. Venues include Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA, Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, WA and University and Central Valley High Schools in Spokane, WA. Swimming
Home to the 1990 Seattle Goodwill Games, Auburn’s Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center hosts more than 50 events each year. It has been the site of Olympic Trials, as well as top national, international and Pacific Northwest competitions.
